03 / THE CHALLENGE

Two roles. One realtime trip state.

Drivo had to coordinate passengers, drivers, spatial queries and a multi-stage trip lifecycle without trusting the mobile UI to enforce business rules.

Supabase Postgres/PostGIS, Realtime, private Storage, RPCs and Edge Functions form the backend while Flutter handles the passenger and driver experiences.
